Meet the founders

The people behind your tailored fit.

Hiraya VA Collective was created by experienced professionals who understand both the challenges business owners face and the opportunities that reliable remote talent can provide.

A complementary leadership team

Two perspectives, one standard of care.

Between them, our founders bring depth across business development, sales and lead generation, branding and marketing, public relations, media and publishing, client relationship management, leadership and community engagement, technology and digital strategy, and operations and virtual assistance.

  • Client relationships
  • Growth strategy

Regina Macayan Tampipi brings over 10 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, client relationship management and growth strategy.

Before founding Hiraya VA Collective, Regina served as the Head of Business Development for a startup, where she managed the growth and business development efforts of five different brands. She spearheaded campaigns from the ground up—building outreach strategies, creating lead generation systems, developing sales processes, managing client pipelines, and transforming ideas into structured campaigns that supported sustainable growth.

Her experience has given her a deep understanding of the challenges business owners face when trying to grow while managing daily operations. This inspired her to help build Hiraya VA Collective: a company focused on connecting entrepreneurs and businesses with virtual assistants who genuinely fit their needs, goals, working styles and company culture.

Regina believes that the right support can transform the way a business operates. Her mission is to help clients delegate with confidence, establish more efficient systems, strengthen their sales and business development processes, and focus their energy on the areas that move their businesses forward.

With her hands-on leadership, strategic mindset and passion for creating meaningful partnerships, Regina helps guide Hiraya VA Collective toward one clear goal: helping businesses grow through reliable, carefully selected and tailor-fit virtual support.

The right support can transform the way a business operates.
