This case study brings together two separate projects. E-VoteX is a custom digital voting system. We show them together because they demonstrate the same development capability — not because they are the same codebase.

E-VoteX was designed around the full voting journey.
The public E-VoteX experience is positioned around a connected flow that can bring registration, candidate profiles, voting, payment or verification, vote recording, rankings and event administration into one platform. Its purpose is to make the visible voting experience and the operational workflow work together instead of relying on disconnected tools.

Technical foundation: the project direction uses PHP 8+, MySQL/MariaDB, HTML, CSS and JavaScript in a cPanel-compatible, database-driven web architecture.

The separate voting platform at votings.filamworldmagazine.com has already completed its voting cycle. Its live public experience includes an official candidate directory, ranked leaderboard and finalized results state. That gives us something more useful than a mockup: a completed example of a custom voting workflow that reached the end of its event lifecycle.
We deliberately avoid turning that into unsupported claims about traffic, revenue or scale. The proof is operational: the platform was used, the leaderboard recorded the final standings, and the public results were finalized and locked.
